Hair Sheep
With the intent of a small hobby farm and an original herd of 16 wool sheep, we quickly fell in love with these wonderful animals, expanding our flock and breeds. We soon added a small bred katahdin and dorper flock to the farm. Ever since we’ve focused heavily on building a wonderful hardy hair sheep flock. Breeding for parasite resistance, hoof hardiness, and finishing lamb weight. Sheep is where our adventure all began and we couldn’t be happier with our ladies. Ewe lambs are available for prime commercial breeding stock each spring. Please be sure to reach out to get on our selling list for spring lambs.
Our hair lambs are finished on rich and well-maintained pastures. Having lived on a natural diet of greens--our grass fed lambs are as healthy as they come. We have provided the animals with cafeteria style mineral feeders, allowing them a choice of sixteen varieties of vitamins and minerals. With our sustainable driven motives and regenerative agriculture, we strive to reduce the carbon footprint while maintaining a symbiotic relationship amongst nature, ourselves, and the animals we raise.
